On a shorter side, slim and wiry, Jude isn't exactly a broad shouldered adonis, but he has toughness that comes from a physically demanding job and healthy living habits. Sandy hair and trimmed beard, a cute smile and pale blue eyes - he isn't a clean cut model face but still quite cute.

He tends to dress down rather than draw attention to himself. Outside work hours you'll find him in jeans, t-shrits and cardigans most often. He tends to go for the modest look and doesn't really pay that much attention honestly.

Nursing, healthcare, making people feel good bout themselves, mother henning. Endless internal monologue extraordinaire, playing the second fiddle, support character personality, avoiding limelight.

In other news, he can play some violin. (Okay, more than a little. When he plays, magical things happen.)

The second child of a Brit-Norwegian couple, Jude is 5 years his sister's junior and inherited absolutely no genes from his giant mountain of a father. His dad used to be a fisherman in the Norwegian fjords and sea. His mum is a kindergarten teacher. His sister has three children and works as a nutritionist in the same hospital with him.

His childhood was relatively happy. He was bullied in school but other than that, there was very little bumps in his life. His dad taught him to play the violin and he grew up loving it and thought he would make a profession out of it.

He fell in love with his childhood friend. His best friend and later his long time girlfriend, Molly. She dumped him during his extensive stay in Norway, though. They were together for almost ten years.

He went to study the violin to Norway and after being dumped by Molly he sort of jokingly went to the woods to summon a nøkk like his dad had told him. To his surprise, the nøkken actually showed up and first taught him how to tune his violin, then made him play until his fingers bled, and then some, more and more, until he passed out from exhaustion after playing several days with the nøkken. Again, to his surprise, he had been gifted by the creature with an unearthy ability to make his violin sing.

The experience frightened him. He felt like he had been cheating his way to skill and talent. His teachers were delighted and he gained fame with the brief time that he actually continued the school and performing in Oslo. It was as if he couldn't do wrong with his violin.

Eventually he couldn't take it anymore and returned to London and went to a nursing school. He never told his dad about actually meeting the nøkken.

Jude is rather happy in his job and life. The only thing he is really missing is love and that's a big minus because he's rather romantic by heart.
